Melissa Sharpe is a Senior Litigation Paralegal at Fazzano & Tomasiewicz, LLC. She joined the firm in 2016 and has developed into a key leader within the litigation team, contributing significantly to the handling of complex personal injury and workers’ compensation matters.

In her senior role, Melissa manages cases from intake through resolution, including drafting pleadings and discovery, coordinating and reviewing medical records, organizing expert materials, preparing settlement demands, assisting with trial preparation, and facilitating communication among clients, medical providers, and insurance representatives. She is also relied upon for her litigation insight, problem‑solving skills, and ability to anticipate case needs at every stage.

Melissa plays an important leadership role within the firm, serving as a resource and mentor to junior staff and helping to maintain efficient case workflows and high professional standards across the litigation department. Her experience, attention to detail, and collaborative approach make her an integral part of the firm’s continued success.

Outside of the office, Melissa values family life and enjoys spending time with her loved ones. She is an avid animal lover and shares her home with three dogs and a cat, finding joy in caring for her pets and enjoying time outdoors whenever possible.
